About Sebastian Volkers
Sebastian is specialised in executive search, talent assessment and leadership advisory services at local and international level.
He has more than 15 years’ experience as a trusted advisor for leading organisations in the public, private and third sectors.
Sebastian has collaborated with EUROCONTROL, the European Commission, the International Seabed Authority (ISA), Merck, Sharp and Dohme (MSD), the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the World International Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), among others.
Sebastian has also acted as an executive coach for +75 executives and specialists worldwide.

Sebastian holds a MA in Political Science from Copenhagen University, and he is certified to the highest standards in the use of recruitment and development tools. He is a certified coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified in the use of Peter Hawkins’ approach to team coaching.
Sebastian is married and has three daughters. He is currently living in Copenhagen.
